What's the best way to store cookies upon arrival?
Upon arrival, your cookies should still be slightly cool since I freeze them to preserve freshness. They may sit out at room temperature for no more than three to five days, then they would need to be refrigerated or, if you would like to, you may freeze them as well.
May I reheat the cookies?
Sure! You may place them in the microwave wrapped in a paper towel for about 5-10 seconds. They will taste as if they are fresh out of the oven! 💜
How much is shipping?
Delivery will vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. As you are placing your order, you will be able to select between a few shipping options at checkout.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
Are there any gluten-free options?
At this time, I am currently working on some Gluten Free options. I will definitely make a post soon regarding this, so stay tuned!
What's the easiest way to place an order, and what should I expect?
The easiest way for a customer to place an order is via the website. I made sure to design my website to where it is simple and straight to the point. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and can expect your order within a week to a week and a half depending on your location.
Do you offer custom cakes or orders catering for events?
I do offer custom cakes and catering. Please utilize the "contact us" section on the home page, so that we may discuss it further.
